The catalogue is a complete, updated list of all the species of wild vertebrates found in the Park over recent years: 28 mammals, 191 birds, 17 reptiles, 10 amphibians and seven fish species.

It includes both the usual and sedentary habitats and even those that are accidental and their detection exceptional. Abundance and seasonality are recorded for most species, together with a brief comment when deemed necessary. The species’ preferred habitats are also indicated. In the case of birds, this information refers mainly to the habitats used in the breeding season. In winter many birds extend their presence in other habitats.
